Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all US orders over $2,500 or International orders over $6,000. Please use coupon code FREESHIP to get your free shipping.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart during checkout before payment is processed.

Shipping costs is calculated using the least expensive carrier based on the delivery time you select and the shipping weight of the order.

Order Processing

We ask our customers to please allow 1-2 business days for their orders to be processed and shipped. Orders with express shipping methods are placed in priority and are shipped same day if it is submitted before 1 pm PST.

In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional ship charge. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to info@houstonadultstore.com referencing your order number.

Customs and Brokerage Fees:

Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tariffs for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country’s customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment.

Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.

Order Tracking:

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number at the end of the business day.

Drop Shipping Info:

Take advantage of the drop shipping program when you need us to ship our products directly to your customers. It’s very easy:

Simply login to our website and choose the products you need to order.
Then, put your customers address in the ship to field.
We will ship your order discreetly, in a brown box or padded envelope and a shipping label.
Inside the box will be a packing list of the items they have ordered.
The packing list inside the box only shows the shipping information you fill out as you place the order.
You will also see a list of the contents and the weight. To see an example of the packing list click here. We do not put our company information or pricing on the packing list.

Warranty Information

We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our products. We understand that returns are sometimes a necessary process when products are purchased online. With this understanding, we are happy to provide our customers with a Satisfaction Guarantee on our entire line of products.

Defective Items:

If you or your customer received a defective item, you may return it within 30 days from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact our Customer Service department at info@houstonadultstore.com. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.

If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect.

Unwanted Items:

If you or your customers are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Note: Our Customer Service Representatives will provide a store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at info@houstonadultstore.com. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, and order number. Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
